Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I hope you will join me for a cup of tea!

My tasting notes: Forever Spring Oolong

My tasting notes: Forever Spring Oolong

I’m not superstitious but in Italy (where I come from) a leap year is considered unlucky. Whatever the present circumstances, I’m determined to make the most out of it and always move forward with hope and a positive attitude. Confined indoor? No problem! What better way to celebrate spring than a tea called Forever Spring?

This tea belongs to a sampler box which includes 6 different oolongs from Taiwan and China. I was pleasantly surprised by its aromatic profile and balanced taste. An easy drinking tea that everyone should have in their collection. Three Gems Tea is a new tea company based in California. I don’t know much about them but I look forward to tasting the other five teas in their sampler box.
